HYPOMANIA AND MANIA

Periods of over-active and excited behaviour that can have a significant impact on your day-to-day life.

OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER

PARANOIA

Paranoia is thinking and feeling like you are being threatened in some way, even if there is no evidence, or very little evidence, that you are. Paranoid thoughts can also be described as delusions.

HOARDING

Having so many things that you cannot manage the clutter where you live, and find it difficult or impossible to throw things away.

You might hoard because you feel a strong need to keep things. But your connection to these things can cause you distress.

LONELINESS

Everyone's experience of loneliness will be different. One common description of loneliness is the feeling we get when our need for rewarding social contact and relationships is not met. But loneliness is not always the same as being alone.

PANIC ATTACKS

A type of fear response. They're an exaggeration of your body's normal response to danger, stress or excitement.

PHOBIAS

A phobia is a type of anxiety disorder. It is an extreme form of fear or anxiety, triggered by a particular situation or object.
